Terms Of Service

Current Turnaround Time: One Week

General

  • All commissions above sketch tier will receive WIPs.

  • High-resolution files will be sent via email.

  • Larger pieces may have an extended turnaround time due to complexity.

  • Visual references preferred, written references may be subject to an additional charge.

  • I will send communication via the contact method used to order the commission unless asked otherwise.

Payment

  • Payment is required upfront over Paypal invoice.

  • If you need a piece by a certain date, a priority fee may apply.

  • If a large commission (over $200+) , you may inquire about payment plans.

  • All commission quotes are valid for one month.

  • Refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Changes

  • Major changes only allowed during the sketch stage. Minor changes allowed up until the rendering stage.

  • If there is a major change wanted after the sketch stage, it may incur an additional charge.

  • Any errors made by the artist may be fixed free of charge. They must be clearly indicated on visual references or in earlier communication.

Usage Policy

  • Do not reproduce or redistribute without reaching a commercial agreement.

  • As the artist, I reserve the right to display completed commissions.

  • You may repost the artwork with or without credit.
